01 What are the rental terms?

The Lake House requires a 7 night minimum in July and August.

All other cabins require a 3 night minimum in July and August, but exceptions can sometimes be made if you call to reserve.

Check-in: 4:00 pm EST / Check-out 10:00 am EST

Quiet hours are from 11 pm - 7 am.

Guests provide their own bath and kitchen towels. One roll of paper towel and a sponge are included in the rental. Details on provisions.
02 How do I make a reservation?

You can reserve 3 ways: online through our website, through VRBO, or by calling.

Our website and VRBO charge additional fees due to conditions we cannot control. VRBO will charge you a service fee and our website charges all rentals a $60 cleaning fee. Your rental will be less expensive if you book via phone.

All reservations require a deposit:

Weekly reservation: 50% of total cost

Nightly reservation: 100%

We accept all major credit cards.

Your balance will automatically be charged to your card on file when you arrive. If you would like to pay your balance in a different way, you must let us know in advance. You can pay with cash when you arrive if preferred.
03 What if I need to cancel?

For a refund of your deposit, cancel no later than:

30 days prior to your reservation.

No refunds will be given for early departures.
04 Pet and Smoking Policy

Our resort is pet-free. Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions due to allergies.

Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside any rentals.

Violation of theses rule will result in a $250 fee being charged.
